We are seeking a temporary Project Leader – Infrastructure & Erosion Control Measures to join the Programme & Project Management Office (PPMO). The projects under this role are delivered in close cooperation between the Public Entity and various ministries. As Project Leader, you act as a central coordinating figure, maintaining oversight and ensuring that all necessary activities are undertaken to drive and monitor progress.
You will be involved from the early stages of the projects, with a strong focus on execution, ensuring that infrastructure and erosion control projects are delivered in accordance with agreed quality standards, timelines and objectives.
What will you do?
You will locally prepare and coordinate civil engineering projects in the field of infrastructure and erosion control. You ensure that project activities are carried out in line with planning and quality requirements, while maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders. You support and guide decision-making processes and actively manage the local environment in which projects are implemented. In addition, you safeguard coherence between interrelated projects and stakeholders and contribute to effective knowledge transfer.
Additionally, your tasks include:
• Maintaining regular contact with, and reporting to, the Programme Manager.
• Managing local stakeholder and environmental relations related to project implementation.
• Preparing and facilitating decision-making trajectories.
• Monitoring and promoting coherence between connected projects and involved stakeholders.
• Contributing to knowledge sharing and transfer within the organisation and project teams.
